Roundhill Barn, Kelston is the perfect place for memorable celebration with family, friends or colleagues. The setting is spectacular, the barn is beautiful and it has the essential equipment you need for a successful event. You get to do it your own way: hire in your own caterers and other services if you want, or do it all yourself. We can offer suggestions but there's no requirement to use tied contractors and no hidden fees for corkage or supplies.

Water comes from a 70m deep private borehole. Power and hot water comes from a solar thermal and power installation with batteries and thermal store. Choose between:
Light touch 100% renewables eco-event. This gives 16kwh of solar generated power from battery. The maximum draw of 5kw at any one time, which is ample for lights and music. In winter months or poor weather, the hybrid option is available.
Hybrid option using generator power. This is for events using external equipment e.g. refrigeration, loos which use power, incandescent lights or other equipment up to a maximum of 15kva or 60Amps. The cost is £15/hr. If your power usage exceeds 15kva or 60 Amps you will need to hire in an external generator.
